The Flatus Flute^TM name and logo are owned by the owners of FlatusFlute.com and may only be used with expressed permission from its owners. An exception is articles like product reviews, where depictions of our name and logo is considered logical and reasonable.
We still reserve the right to control how we are represented by third parties.

The "Odd Doctor" graphic is owned by Chris Daemon, and used with permission.

"Dr Steve presents" is used with permission by Doctor Steve.
